I would like to personally invite you to an unforgettable New Year's Eve at our restaurant. Together with our team, we have decided that the last night of the year must be truly special. That’s why we’ve prepared an exclusive menu, celebrating the best of contemporary gastronomy.
We'll begin with a refreshing ceviche made from Saint Jacques scallops, complemented by a combination of green apple, yuzu, and caviar - an ideal start to an evening full of exquisite flavors. This will be followed by a delicate Charolais beef tenderloin with truffle mayonnaise, blending the finest quality meat with select ingredients. Our yellow fin tuna with coriander linguine and a passion fruit and champagne sauce is sure to captivate you just as it did us.
For the grand finale, we’ve prepared venison fillet with sautéed duck foie gras, parsnip purée, and a Cabernet Sauvignon reduction - a true gourmet experience. We will conclude the evening with a refreshing Kir Royal sorbet and an irresistible chocolate ganache with mandarin gel and coconut ice cream.
